Twelve years of turning steel into working buildings.
Al Ahad Containers has fabricated custom container buildings since 2014. We work for construction firms, developers, businesses and institutions that need proper space, fast, without a slow construction job on site.
Every unit starts as a drawing and a steel shell in our yard at Kemari, beside Karachi Port. It leaves fitted out and finished: insulated, wired, lit, painted and ready to use. What arrives on your site is a building, not another project to manage.

Every kind of space a site or business needs.
Each unit is sized, laid out and finished to the brief. These are the ones we build most.
Sales offices
Glazed frontages, lit ceilings and branded signage for developers and showrooms.
Washroom units
Self-contained blocks of up to 7 cubicles, plumbed, tiled and ventilated.
Kiosks and cafés
Serving windows, fold-down counters, canopies and full kitchen fit-out.
Large and joined units
Two or more containers joined into one open space, up to 40 × 20 ft and beyond.
Multi-storey and custom
Stacked units with steel stairs, grandstands, accommodation and builds to any brief.
03 How we build
The parts you can't see are the parts we care about most.
A container building is only as good as what goes inside its walls. Every unit is built in layers, and each one is checked before the next goes on.
- 01Steel shell
Cargo-worthy used or new containers, or sandwich panels on a welded frame, cut and reinforced for every opening.
- 02Insulation
Rock wool or Thermopore in the walls and roof, for a cooler, quieter room.
- 03Internal framing
1″ × 1″ steel hollow section or wood battens every 2 ft, so walls stay straight and strong.
- 04Cladding and finishes
Gypsum, cement board, PVC or wood, with aluminium or wood joint strips, painted or papered.
- 05Electrical
Concealed or surface wiring, a distribution board with breakers per circuit, RCCB and earthing, tested before handover.
- 06Paint and protection
Rust treatment, primer, undercoat and two top coats outside, in any colour you choose.

From a drawing on a screen to a building you can open.
01Concept to 3D model
Your unit is drawn, modelled and rendered first, so you approve the exact building before any steel is cut.
02Foundation on site
While we build, your site is prepared: plinth blocks or steel legs, levelled and ready.
03Construction and fit-out
Steel work, insulation, framing, wiring, plumbing and finishes, all done under cover in our yard.
04Finishing and handover
Paint, lights and signage, a full quality check, then delivery by trailer and crane, ready to use.

Our own design studio turns a conversation into a 3D building in minutes, so there are no surprises on delivery day.
