Ten of the projects on this site are Karachi builds: Bahria Town sales offices for Al Falah, Umer & Associates, Saify Heights and GRS Builders, a site office for TPL Properties at Korangi Creek, a glazed office for CarFirst at Safari Park, the OmniKart Racing clubhouse at the Airmen Base Club, the Metropolis pavilion on the Super Highway and a black clad pavilion for Siddique & Sons in Scheme 33.
Why it is quick here
Because the yard is in Karachi, a unit is craned onto a truck and placed the same day it leaves us. There is no long haul, no permits for an oversized load across provinces, and we can come back to the site easily if you want a change made.
