From a drawing on a screen to a building you can open
Every unit goes through the same four stages. The slow work happens in our yard, under cover and under our supervision, so the part that happens on your site is short.
Concept to 3D model
Your unit is drawn, modelled and rendered before any steel is cut, so you approve the exact building rather than a description of it.
Foundation on site
Levels are set and the base is cast on your site while the unit is being built in our yard. Two jobs run at once, which is where the time is saved.
Construction and fit-out
The shell is framed and clad, then glazed, wired, insulated and finished by our own team, under cover in Karachi.
Finishing and handover
Cleaned, snagged, delivered and craned into place, lit and ready to open.

What it means for your programme
Because fabrication and site preparation run at the same time, a standard site office is normally handed over in two to four weeks. Our fastest to date was six days, for a 20 × 8 ft unit for the Pakistan Army. The ten projects on this site were built in 7 to 30 days each.
